Trust & Community

Trust & Community

Trust is earned in process—not in rainbow decoration.

How partners are vetted

Accommodation, guides, drivers, and experiences are checked individually.

  • Inclusive booking practice confirmed directly
  • Staff briefed on preferred names and non-assumptive room setup
  • Verified client experience or a documented partner conversation
  • No reliance on a generic “LGBTQ-friendly” badge alone

How privacy is protected

Discretion is designed into logistics and communications.

  • Need-to-know briefings for drivers and hosts
  • Optional sealed itineraries with no public-facing celebration
  • Consultation data handled under explicit consent
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data

How information stays current

Safety-sensitive content is dated and revalidated.

  • Internal source, reviewer, and last-checked date
  • Re-checks after material local change
  • High-risk destinations on a regular review schedule
  • Public copy avoids absolute safety claims

Realities we plan for

LGBTQ+ travellers are not one audience. Operations should reflect that.

  • Documents & names

Mismatched IDs, preferred names on bookings, and quiet coordination with airlines or hotels when you ask for it.

  • Bodies & access

Gendered facilities, medical access abroad, and accessibility needs treated as logistics—not special favours.

  • Relationships on paper

Partners and chosen family who may not be legally recognised in every place still deserve coherent rooming and care.

Local LGBTQ+ voices, with reciprocity

We pay and credit local LGBTQ+ guides, hosts, and businesses. Queer local knowledge is partnership—not colour for an itinerary.

Raise a concern

If something feels wrong before or during travel, contact your designer immediately. We escalate with partners, adjust logistics, and document what must change for others.
